Can I change the layout of the furniture in a Tanainda unit? How about changes in a unit's structure?

Changing the furniture layout, and even taking 2BR furniture and putting it in a Studio unit is allowed. Changes in the unit structure will be charged a service fee that varies depending on how long it takes to do it. Major furniture replacement (>50% of assets) will also be charged a service fee. The service fee ranges between US$1-40 (subject to change without prior notice).
